Delivery Terms Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service. International Customs & Duties
Many deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs and legal regulatory restrictions. In order to comply with local legislation the customer or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes or levies and import duty may apply. These charges are beyond our control and vary widely from country to country so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to ascertain any delivery charges at your end.It is vital that the customer ensures that the correct international delivery address and postal code is supplied. If the address is incorrect or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, or if collection by the recipient in person is required, delivery may be delayed. We are unable to offer any assistance if theses issues arise as they are out of our control. Please note: Import duty & taxes may be required for delivery, if the parcel is returned to us because of unpaid duty & taxes we are unable to refund the postage due to the additional return costs incurred. THE MERCHANT will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered unless the customer gives written or email notice of a claim to THE MERCHANT and the carrier within three (3) business days of delivery. Delivery Errors The customer must inform THE MERCHANT immediately (the same day or, at the latest, the first business day following delivery) concerning any claim of delivery error or non-conformity of goods, in kind or in quality, compared with the information on the purchase order. Warranty The provisions hereof cannot deprive the customer of their right to legal warranty requiring THE MERCHANT to protect the customer against latent defects of goods sold. In accordance with UK Regulations, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS and the customer is obliged to return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days. Right of Use
