Pencils4Artists caters for artists of all abilities who want to buy top quality pencils in singles as well as sets. Once an order has been received we will confirm that the item is in stock and that your order has been successfully processed. If there are any stock or other issues with an order we will let you know personally by email straight away.
Our pencils carefully boxed, packed and then sent out in jiffy bags so that no harm can come to them in transit. In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged in transit we will replace them free of charge. All returns must be confirmed with Pencils4Artists before being sent back to us as we may not require the item returned.
We treat our customers as people and because we are a family run business you know you will always be dealing personally with one of us and not a faceless corporation! And we will NEVER share your details with anyone else, EVER - That's a promise!

We will endeavour to despatch your order, 1st class, with the Royal Mail within 24 hours of your order during the working week although if there are likely to be any delays due to stock issues we will email you with a likely delivery date. International deliveries will be sent airmail.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for pencils that have been obviously tested or used.
